Repaired top of a metal cornice that had rusted through with huge gaps and replaced all two bans that made up a decorative metal cornice at the top of a greystone. When I couldn’t find the type of exterior painters I needed and who were also available on Angie’s list, I went to other sources and found Chicagohandyguys and left a message. I didn’t know what to expect but when Darius Ciupeiu explained how he works and said he was licensed, I made an appointment with him to look at outside painting at two different buildings. He immediately sent me a reasonable estimate and we set a project start time. The final cost was $3,683, $3,000 of that for labor and the rest for materials and fabrication. For the time spent, it was worth it.
